At Hashida Singapore, Chef Kenjiro ‘Hatch’ Hashida is known as much for his eccentricities as for his talent. He proudly presents dynamic expressions of his personal philosophies and the essences of Japanese cuisine, each culinary creation imbued with artistic flair.

Dishes embody the confluence of his guiding principles: shu ha ri (守破離), shōmi hakkei (賞味八景), and the ethic of ryuu ryuu shin ku (粒々辛苦); to tell stories of his identity, growth and important memories.
