For over 20 years, Peruvian chef Daniel Chavez’s career has taken him to some of the finest dining establishments in the world including three Michelin-starred restaurant by Spanish culinary icon Santi Santamaria.
Mexican-born chef Tamara Chavez is a strong advocate of Latin American gastronomy. She was also a finalist for the World Gourmet Summit Female Chef Of The Year award in 2020-2022.

Located in Dempsey Hill, the culinary demos take place in one of the two buildings of CANCHITA before heading back to the main dining hall. Enjoy the highlights of two cuisines in one night!
